Resize an image
Exact pixels for forms and profiles, or a simple percentage — with the aspect ratio locked so nothing gets squashed.
Resizing happens locally on your device — your images are never uploaded.
How to resize an image
- Add an image. Its current dimensions appear automatically.
- Enter the new size. Width and/or height in pixels — or switch to percent. Keep the lock on to preserve proportions.
- Resize & download. The resized copy downloads instantly; your original is untouched.
Frequently asked questions
Will the image get distorted?
Not with the aspect-ratio lock on (the default) — enter one side and the other adjusts automatically. Turn the lock off only if you deliberately want to stretch.
Does enlarging reduce quality?
Enlarging can't invent detail, so very big upscales look soft. Shrinking, on the other hand, keeps images crisp.
Are my images uploaded?
No — everything runs in your browser. Resize passport photos and documents without them going anywhere.
