Excel to PDF
Turn spreadsheets into clean, selectable-text PDF tables — pick sheets, orientation and number format.
How to convert Excel to PDF
- Add your spreadsheet. Drop an .xlsx, .xls, .xlsb, .ods or .csv file above.
- Choose sheets & layout. Pick which sheets to include, page size and orientation, and your decimal separator (point or comma).
- Convert & download. Each sheet becomes a paginated table with repeated header rows.
Frequently asked questions
Is my spreadsheet uploaded?
No. The workbook is read and the PDF is built entirely in your browser.
Which formats are supported?
Excel .xlsx, legacy .xls, binary .xlsb, OpenDocument .ods and plain .csv files.
What happens to wide sheets?
Columns are scaled to fit the page width (switch to landscape for more room). Extremely wide sheets get a smaller font — if it drops below a readable size, the tool tells you and suggests landscape or a custom page size.
Are formulas converted?
The calculated values stored in the file are exported — the same numbers you see in Excel — not the formula text.
Why is there a decimal separator option?
Spreadsheets store raw numbers; how they're printed (1,234.5 vs 1.234,5) is a locale choice. Pick the convention your readers expect, like Online2PDF's Excel preferences.
